Borla Part #140680BC is a 2.5″ S-Type Cat-Back™ Exhaust System engineered for the 2016–2023 Toyota Tacoma 3.5L V6, compatible with both automatic and manual transmissions and 2WD / 4WD configurations.
This system fits:

• Access Cab – Long Bed (6′ 1″) – 127.4″ WB

• Double Cab – Standard Bed (5′ 1″) – 127.4″ WB

• Double Cab – Long Bed (6′ 1″) – 140.6″ WB (requires Adapter 60593)

This S-Type system provides a sporty, refined tone while maintaining Borla’s signature drone-free driving experience. It features a single 4″ black chrome T-304 stainless steel tip in a side-exit configuration.
Black chrome tip care: do not use Borla Polish #21461—clean only with hot water and a microfiber cloth.

Additional configurations are available, including a bright chrome tip version and a High Clearance Climber / Rock Crawler system. A High Clearance Y-Pipe (PN 60699) can also be used with this system; installing 60699 requires cutting the O.E. exhaust.
