Borla Part #140616BC is a 3″ into dual 2.25″ ATAK® Cat-Back™ Exhaust System engineered for the 2015–2020 Ford F-150, offering Borla’s most aggressive sound profile with zero interior drone.

Compatible with the following engines:

  • 2.7L V6

  • 3.5L V6 (Limited 2016–2018 only)

  • 5.0L V8

  • 3.3L V6 (2018–2020)

Fits Extended Cab (6′ 7″ bed) 145″ wheelbase and Crew Cab (5′ 7″ bed) 145″ wheelbase trucks.
For other wheelbases, the following adapters are required:

  • Adapter 60556 – Crew Cab Standard Bed (6′ 7″) – 156.8″ WB

  • Adapter 60564 – Extended Cab Long Bed (8′ 2″) – 163.7″ WB

Not compatible with Raptor models.

This system features 4″ round black chrome T-304 stainless steel tips, exiting in a single split rear configuration. These black chrome tips should not be cleaned with Borla polish—use hot water and a microfiber cloth. A bright chrome tip version is also available.

Borla’s patented straight-through, multi-core ATAK® muffler design maximizes exhaust velocity, improving horsepower, throttle response, and overall driving excitement. Constructed from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel, this system provides industry-leading durability and resistance to corrosion. Mandrel bends and CNC manufacturing ensure maximum flow and a precise fit.
